Context & Issues
The Group wanted to modernize its finance function by rethinking its management model, notably through the implementation of a new reporting and planning solution.
The main objectives of this project were to .
- Switch from a statutory vision to a management vision.
- Ensure a complete and consistent view of the Group P&L from the most aggregated to the most detailed level during the budget phase and at monthly closing.
