TeamWork Canada’s Executive Committee
Johann Marty
CEO of TeamWork Canada
Trained as an engineer in Communication Systems and Networks at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and holder of a master’s degree in web technologies, Johann began his career at TeamWork in 2006 with SAP solutions at the crossroads of web technologies, such as the SAP Portal and SAP XI.
In 2010, after 4 years as a consultant, he took charge of the new technologies and integration team, which he grew from 5 to 15 people, covering an ever wider spectrum of technologies and solutions in the SAP world.
After 8 years with TeamWork in Switzerland, he embarked on a new challenge, still with TeamWork, but this time on another continent as he set up the TeamWork office for Canada in Montreal in July 2014.
Since then, he has worked to develop TeamWork’s activities in Canada and spread the company’s values across the Atlantic.
Today, the TeamWork Canada team numbers 70 people and sees great prospects for the future as we continue to develop close relationships with our customers.
Sylvain LeGall
Sales Director, TeamWork Canada
At the beginning of 2023, Sylvain joined TeamWork, attracted by the team’s energy and leadership. In a way, TeamWork represents a return to his roots for Sylvain, after spending a few years with a consulting firm with a culture similar to that of the Big 4.
After completing his engineering studies in France, he devoted 15 years of his career to the aerospace sector, first in France, then in Quebec. Sylvain started out as a young engineer with major aerospace engine manufacturers, such as SNECMA (now SAFRAN Aircraft Engines) and Turbomeca (now SAFRAN Helicopter Engines). He then spent over 10 years working in the consulting and development of IT solutions for the aeronautics industry, mainly around SAP, with a company where he was one of the partners, and where he progressed in various roles, from consultant to General Manager for Canada, including pre-sales responsibilities. He has had the opportunity to travel the world for many years, meeting passionate customers with varied interests and ambitions.
It’s this atmosphere and dynamic that he finds at TeamWork, among a group of competent, reliable and inspiring professionals. “From now on, I’m proud to be part of the TeamWork team.”
Nicolas Lecomte
Director of Operations, TeamWork Canada
After studying mathematics (Insa de Rouen), Nicolas took the plunge into SAP in 2009, somewhat by chance, when he accepted a position as a junior SAP consultant, preceded by intensive training. After spending 5 years developing his skills in various SAP functional modules, Nicolas had a hankering to go elsewhere and applied to Teamwork to work abroad.
And so, in January 2014, it was at Teamwork Singapore that he made his debut, first as a consultant and then fairly quickly as the local manager’s right-hand man.
With 3 years’ experience abroad behind him, he was then given the opportunity to continue in another Teamwork branch, this time in Canada. And following the same model as in Singapore, he started out as a senior consultant, then progressed to the COO role he has now held since 2016.
Freddy Equeter
Director of Business Solutions, TeamWork Canada
Freddy, who studied economics in Belgium with a specialization in logistics and transport management, has an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of these fields, giving him a global perspective on business operations and supply chain dynamics.
Freddy began his career in Belgium in 1998, and has acquired a wealth of experience in the SAP consulting field in roles ranging from consultant to SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) manager.
In 2013, Freddy began a new chapter by relocating to Montreal, Canada, bringing his wealth of experience to both customers and consultants.
Freddy’s career took a major turn in 2018 when he took on the challenge of setting up SAP support centers within service companies, showcasing his project management and delivery services capabilities.
Freddy is currently a member of Teamwork Canada’s Executive Committee, with a mission focused on the delivery of SAP-related services. He provides strategic direction for support services, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to Teamwork Canada’s overall success.

She soon took charge of the Marketing and Human Resources department.
